Getting Started

To begin shopping, you will create a new account by completing the brief Account Registration form.

Payment Information

All major credit cards are accepted. After you have made your first purchase and entered your shipping information, you will not be required to enter it again. Your information will be linked to your eStore login ID and will appear for all future transactions. You will receive confirmation of your order via email. All items on the employee store include the Spectrum logo.

The Spectrum eStore is managed by Corporate Incentives, Inc. Orders Processed

All orders placed by 11:00 a.m. may be picked up after 2:30 p.m. unless you wish to have the order shipped to you. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up.  Orders can be picked up from Corporate Incentives Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.  Corporate Incentives is located at 27329 Spectrum Way, Conroe, TX 77385.  Our phone number is 281-362-0532.

Coupon Credit

Any coupon credits apply to clothing/caps only and cannot be used for shipping.  If you are to receive a credit, after your order is placed you will receive an email to let you know if there is a balance due.  If there is a balance due you will be directed back to this website to pay the balance using the Pay My Invoice button below. 

 

ABOUT SPECTRUM

Since its inception in 1992, Spectrum has been contracted as the caterer/producer/concessionaire to nearly 10,000 special events. Spectrum is comprised of three distinct divisions: Concessions, Catering, and Special Events.

Each of those divisions is then further broken down into specific disciplines. We invite you to browse through our website to familiarize yourself with Spectrum's scope of services.

Spectrum is well known for TWO KEY TRAITS that set us apart from the crowd.
FIRST and FOREMOST is integrity, our word is our bond. When we promise something, it will be delivered. When we report cash sales for an event, those are all the sales, and we pay our taxes on those sales.

SECOND, we have a high standard of performance and presentation that must be achieved before the job is delivered. We spend the extra dollars to ensure that our clients' needs and expectations are exceeded. We are a turn-key company that asks little of our client. We allow the client to take all the glory with none of the sweat.
