Return Policy and Exchange Information
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:
We will replace any product found to have manufacturer's defects if returned within 15 days of purchase. If an item is not defective, but does not meet your expectations, you may return the product within 15 days and we will issue a credit back to you for the value of the item, including taxes (shipping fees are non-refundable). Please note that goods may not be returned after use and/or laundering.
Exchange Instructions:
Return your merchandise in its original packaging and clearly write on your packing slip "EXCHANGE." Be sure to indicate the items you would like to exchange the merchandise for. You are responsible for the additional shipping charges required to ship the merchandise back to you for the exchange. This will be charged to the same account you used on the original order.
